With over 35 years of experience in residential and commercial construction in Canada, Paul Gawryluki brings a distinguished record of leadership in real estate development. At the helm of Outstanding Outcome in Portugal, he applies a results-oriented approach, emphasizing quality, sustainability, and refined design in Algarve-based projects. His expertise in construction management, carpentry, & electrical systems supports a strategic vision that delivers efficiency, innovation & excellence in every build.
Holds a degree in Media Studies from Coimbra and a Master’s in Advertising and Marketing from Lisbon, currently advancing his knowledge in Management at the University of Algarve. As one of the first clients of OO, he developed a strong professional relationship with Paul, which led him to become the company’s Marketing Manager. With a background as a Training Technician in Arts and Audiovisuals, he brings pedagogical insight and creative expertise. He leads our digital presence in website management and strategic advertising.
